The products I purchase through Amazon have always been great and exactly what promised. The computer I purchased most recently has no problems and is also well worth the dollars spent.the speakers could have been left off the order, I gave them away and used my exsisting speakers. All in all everything I have ever purchased from Amazon has been enjoyable and I exspect to continue shopping from Amaszon.

This Dell Super Fast Optiplex computer is nice. It runs well and it was easy to hook up myself. The one thing that confuses me is the Big 40 GB Hard drive. The word Big is what I don't get. It is small. I don 't know how much it holds. The LCD Flat Panel Monitor is great. The mouse is nice the keyboard is nice. The speakers are not very expensive. They sound rough, cracky. I paid for what I got. It was not too expensive and it works and I am happy with it. I hope to someday get a bigger Hard Drive.

I got one of these Dell's from the seller A Computer For Everybody. At first I was concerned with the other review but after reading the sellers feedback from other buyers, I decided to go for it. It arrived fast and worked right out of the box. I had a question about the restore CD and Customer Service was quick and answered my question. I would definitely recommend this computer to a friend.

Price was good for the product, but Dell has a quality problem with motherboards over the past few years, and a bigger problem with tech support and the techs they send out for the warranty issues. I have purchased no less than 10 Dells over the past 6 years for business and home and used to recommend them to everyone, but no more. I will never own another Dell and advise everyone else to steer clear of them as well.

the computer arrived broken and i was ripped off and did not recieve my full refund. i had ato include a star in this review but it does not count. I do not like being taken advantage of very poor service and I would discourage anyone from purchasing from your company. I felt like I was not treated well.


This was wonderful machine. It has worked well since I have had and have not had any problems. I do wish they would have sent better speakers with it but other than that the machine is fast works great and the 19" monitor is excellent.


Like all Dell computers, laptops or desktops or servers this one kills any mac competitor (Tests proven). Truly reliable even in harsh enviroments like oil facilities. These things take huge punishment and still don't fail, plus the speed and functionality surpass the mac power mac's by miles. Money well spent.


Thee computer works fine. a lot of scratches and s burn in the lcd screen. tech help was great.


The product is fairly good with fast speed but it came with one of the speakers broken and it often make alot of cracking noice.

I am enjoying the processor speed and the monitor size.

Be aware that this computer, with powerful components, comes without the video capacity to allow those components to work well. Had 4 blue screens after purchasing the item, and had to do several "heroics" that more novice users would not have been able to perform. Had to purchase, from another source, the "recommended" video card that set me back another $80. I sent 3 emails to communicate with the sellers, and received no answers. I have made this one work for me, but it is not for the user who can't figure out what is wrong.


Compared to refurbished business Dells available at local retailers, this had a 3x larger hard drive and 2x the RAM for a comparable price. Only complaint is that the DVD/CD drive is noisy due to vibrations in the case.


My office is staying with Windows XP Pro so this is an excellent upgrade. The price was a bit higher but mine came with a slightly faster 3.4 GHz Pentium 4 and a floppy drive so I'm Even Steven. The hard disk: Western Digital WD7500AAKS is nice and quiet but the generic DVD drive is on the noisy side. The keyboard, mouse and speakers are off-brands. That's OK as I'll give them away with an older PC and keep what I already have. The Intel display adapter can go up to 1280x768 with LCD TV. Would be nice if it can support wider resolution but that's asking for too much. Was able to connect to the internet right after installing software for my router. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.


I am very happy with the computer that I purchased, but disappointed in the service that I received. The computer arrived as scheduled, but it would not connect with the internet. I contacted the company via email on another computer, but the company never contacted me. I ended up having to pay for a service call from another computer company to fix the problem. It appears that when the computer was refurbished, they failed to delete the IP address that the computer formerly had in it's memory. It should have been cleared and reset back to automatic. As to the computer itself, it is an excellent machine and totally fulfills all my requirements.

We purchased this computer for our music studio. It has proven to be everything that was advertised. It is very fast and has many of the programs that we need at the rate that we need. I am very satisfied.


I purchased this PC from this seller, assuming that his description of the PC was accurate. I bought into it because his feedback is always good. However, when I got this machine, it was only 512MB RAM and not 2GB like the description promised. I contacted seller and left him negative feedback, to which he responded to promptly ... He apologised profusely and offered to send me two 1GB each sticks of RAM, and if I removed my negative feedback right away, he'd throw in a 4GB flash drive for my troubles. I wouldn't have removed the FB if I knew that I couldn't replace it with another. The seller knew this, and that's why he had me do it. He sent me that flash drive to cover his behind.

Basically, this guy bribed me so he could get more sales and sell his fake PCs. Also, this seller dropped the price, [...] ... I wonder why that is ... Too many complaints ? Anyone who bought this PC and left good feedback obviously doesn't know how to check their systems and HDs to make sure they are accurate.

So, I removed the feedback and received the RAM and flash drive in the next business day.

Today, I tried to move files from my other PC (which is 176GB HD storage), and it stopped at 30GB to tell me there isn't enough space to do so. I checked it out, and what do you know, it was only 40GB !!! So, not only did this seller goof up on the RAM, he also lied about the HD space, as well as the processor. He says it's 2.8 and it's only 2.4 ... So far, this has been nothing but a nightmare.

I will NOT be removing this review this time, because I think this seller's potential victims/customers have the right to know what they are purchasing.

the computer is great, fast and as advertised built for heavy traffic. The people I purchased this computer from are also top to the line. I highly recommend them and if I need another computer will go check them out first.


This machine is good. The internals were cleaned and refreshed and it works like new. If there is anything I could say to lower the score it would concern the exterior. The machine is used and surface dings and scratches are pretty much expected...and of no concern. However, there was dust and dirt in corners and crevices and that is too bad. All in all, though, I would buy another machine from these folks with little hesitation.


Got it fast, but it didn't have a motem for dial-up. So had to go to
Best Buy to get a motem adapter for 50.00 dollars so I could use computer.
Love it anyway, would have been nice to know that.

I didn't believe them when they said this computer was super fast, but I figured it would be faster than my old one. What a shock.. someone was actually honest with this. They were true to their title.. "SUPER FAST".

It was a great purchase for me. I would definately consider buying another if I needed one.






My new/refurbished computer from Dell is huge. It has a 250gb which I partitioned into two more drives. This way I have one drive for just my photos which I need since I am an eggshell carver and I take lots of photos. Everything was working fine until last week when the DVD drive failed and refuses to read anything. I will contact Dell and when it is repaired I'm sure I will enjoy this computer for years to come. I purchased a refurbished Optiplex GX280 and it arrived yesterday and I absolutely love it! It is screaming fast and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good product. They are quick to ship and the item is exactly as described! Wish I had ordered 2 of them.

I find this computer good guality has all the things that one needs in a computer for the money cheaper than new. It works great. I think that you should state a little more about the warranty from the seller.I had to contect them how long that they warrented ther product? 30days after you get it.I ended up selling it to my neighabor so i had to buy anouther one.
