This is a fun assortment of authentically detailed, best-selling WWII airplanes including the F4U Corsair, Zero Fighter, Fi 156C Storch, Horten HO Flying Wing, B-17 Flying Fortress (Green) & D4Y3 Judy.
I bought these for my co-worker and they loved it. The toys are pretty high quality, made with metal and some plastic parts.
My daughter loves these planes. I just wish that the manufacturers would find a way to make propellers that won't break. Lawsuits are WAY WAY DOWN these days due to corporations having the upper hand in litigation. When I was a kid, toy planes had METAL propellors and wheels. You could literally throw the plane across a room or even outside and NOTHING would ever break on the toy. The metal props could hurt you if you stepped on it or got hit in the eye but kids very quickly learned NOT to do this and modified their play to accomodate this fact.
